What an interesting way to group your notes Jordan, I think you've done a nice job of giving some examples for ways to interact with other people. Your explanation of different approaches to saying sorry is so important. It can be difficult to say sorry sometimes but it always makes a difference to the person on the receiving end. Do you think when people say 'nothing' they really mean 'nothing' or do you think they just don't want to tell you what they are thinking?
